Bucket Elevator
The bucket elevator, also referred to as bucket conveyor, is a kind of continuous conveying machine. With the capacity to deliver a mass of bulk materials to designated height, the bucket elevator is mainly used to vertically convey pulverized, granular and small lump materials, such as chemical fertilizers, grains, coals, cement, broken ores and so on, with the hoisting height adjustable. The Beidou bucket elevator is mainly used to vertically convey the fertilizers in the process of blending fertilizers production, thus solving the problem that belt conveyor can not be used in a small workshop.
1. Wide lifting range: This kind of elevator is less demanding on varieties and features of materials, thus it can not only hoist the common pulverized and small granular materials, but also can hoist the rugged materials. It has a good sealing performance, and causes less air pollution.
2. Small driving power: It adopts the flow-type feeding, induced unloading and intensive layout for large-capacity hoppers. In the process of materials elevating, material return and material excavating rarely occur, thus producing less reactive power.
3. Long service life: The flow-type feeding is adopted, and there is no need to excavate materials with bucket, so crushing and collision between materials rarely occurs. The machine is designed to ensure rare materials scattering in the process of materials feeding and unloading, thus reducing mechanical wear.
4. Good operational reliability: The advanced design principle and processing method have ensured the operational reliability of the whole machine. The free error time has exceeded 20,000 hours. The elevator runs stably, and is able to elevate materials to a considerable height.
