What is Granulator Machinery and Tips of Operating

Plotting for many years about the design of compound fertilizer processing equipment , people of Institute of Agricultural Machinery has developed the the latest technology products–Organic fertilizer granulator equipment which is national patent. It is mainly used to granulate the various o1489727850(1)rganic substances after fermentation. Its technology has surpassed the conventional organic granulation process. The advantages of it:  Before drying, the raw materials can be dried and crushed. Ingredients can be processed into spherical particles with no other redundant processes.  Save a lot of energy. We will describe the granulator operating points of organic fertilizer in the following parts.

(1) Start and stop of compound crusher

  1. The compound crusher should be equipped with a suitable starter according to the motor type.
  2. The compound crusher should be driven and parked in sequence.
  3. Compound crusher should start with no load and ingredients can be feed when the machine run stably. (Feeding to be regular, not overload)
  4. Stop before the first stop of feeding, ensure all materials are cleaned up before stopping.

(2) Feeding

A.Ingredients should meet the technical requirements of the machine and the size of granule is specified. Water content is relative to material properties, not more than 15% is good for avoiding clogged and the phenomenon of paste.

  1. Feeding should be regular to improve the crushing effect and working environment.
  2. Prohibit the metal material feedingto prevent damage to bearings and other components.

(3) Nesting

  1. Discharge port should be unimpeded so as to avoid equipment accidents caused by overload.

2. Check the discharge situation regularly. If the nesting size does not meet the requirements of the discharge size, we should check the hammer, liner wear and V belt tension. If there is any problem, we should replace wear parts or adjust V Belt tension.
