4. Our Products
Fertilizer batching & blending &packaging system is custom designed and fit specific needs based on blend/mix complexity (kinds of ingredients), output (tons per hour), local climate and the material (powder or granular), space available for the system, labor force and level of automation etc. The weighing system is designed specifically for the mixing ranging from 3 tons per hour to 60 tons per hour. Beidou’s brand quantitative speed-adjustable belt scale meets large tonnage. All the system is computer controlled with manual manipulation for back up operation. Formulation is adjustable with easy operation on the control board as per requirements.
II. Packaging & Shipping
The equipments are shipped in standard export containers. The main and precise parts are packed in cases.

1. Before Sales
We first inquire customer’s need and then provide our suggestion, then our
engineers will offer a customized design.
Arrange production according to the schedule, and ensure all parts and procedures are made accordingly based on contract. Moreover, Our technicians will guide the installation and debugging on site, and also provide training on how to use and maintain the equipments.
3. After Sales
Customers have one-year warranty period for the whole production line (excluding wearing parts) since the completion of installation , and professional technology support within and after the warranty period. We provide spare parts and wearing parts by ordinary price and lifelong technical supports.
