Product Description:

Application:
It is mainly used in the powdery fertilizer batching, blending and packaging.
Workflow:
Automatic and simultaneous batching for kinds of raw materials→conveyed to→blending by blender→automatic packaging→sack sewing→finished product delivered;
The major features of the machine:
1. The microcomputer makes batching accurate and fast, and enables statements to be printed and enables batching condition to be checked instantly.
2. The batching for kinds of materials can be done continuously and simultaneously, thus improving the speed and precision of batching.
3. It is applicable to batching of variety of materials, 3 to 12 kinds of materials most desirable.
This NPK fertilizer blending line consists of:
1.Automatic Batching for fertilizer blending equipment
Various materials are proportioned as per the formula by the 4-10 bins batching machine, which can complete materials batching automatically with high accuracy and high efficiency,thus the quality of the fertilizer is ensured.
After batching, the materials are conveyed to the Mixer Machine.
We adopt automatic and continuous mixer machine in this fertilizer production line, special designing could not damage the raw fertilizers when mixing.
After mixing of raw materials, the blended fertilizer will be weighed and packed into a bag with 5kg, 10kg, 20kg, 50kg.
