    How to control dust pollution in a water-soluble fertilizer production line?

    Water-soluble fertilizer production involves very fine, powdery, and highly valuable raw materials (such as potassium sulfate or MAP). These ultra-fine particles (below 5 microns) require a much stricter filtration system than standard BB blending. Therefore, we recommend and supply Baghouse Dust Collectors (Pulse-Jet Bag Filters) for our water-soluble lines.  Why Baghouse Collectors are Essential for Water-Soluble Fertilizer: Ultra-Fine Filtration: Bag filters use a fabric medium that can capture sub-micron dust particles with an efficiency rate exceeding 99.9%. This ensures the exhaust air meets strict environmental emission limits (less than 10 mg/m³).  Protecting Valuable Powder: Water-soluble fertilizers are high value. The baghouse captures this fine powder, allowing you to recycle it directly into production, preventing expensive material loss. Handling Hygroscopic Dust: Water-soluble fertilizer dust tends to absorb moisture from the air.
