The High-Efficiency Cyclone Dust Collector is a mechanical dust removal device that utilizes centrifugal force to separate solid particles from the air stream. Working Principle
Dust-laden air enters the cyclone from the tangential inlet, forming a high-speed rotating airflow. Under the action of centrifugal force, heavier dust particles are thrown against the inner wall and slide down into the conical ash hopper for collection. The clean air then exits through the central exhaust pipe at the top. This simple yet highly effective design requires no complicated moving parts.
