What is the difference between a BB fertilizer production line and a compound fertilizer production line?

Our BB fertilizer (blending fertilizer) production line features a high-precision automatic batching system and a rapid mixing process, ideal for granular NPK blends. The compound fertilizer line, however, includes advanced granulation technology (like rotary drum granulator) to create uniform pellets from raw powders.

Key Differences:

1. BB Fertilizer Production Line (Physical Blending)

  • Process: High-precision automatic batching and rapid mixing of granular raw materials (Urea, DAP, MOP).

  • Advantages: Low investment, highly flexible for customized small-batch formulas, and easy operation.

  • Ideal for: NPK blends where quick formula changes are required.

2. Compound Fertilizer Production Line (Chemical Processing)

  • Process: Raw powders are granulated (e.g., Rotary Drum Granulator), then dried and cooled.

  • Advantages: High uniform pellet quality, high output, and sustained-release nutrient effects.

  • Ideal for: Large-scale farms and high-end agricultural projects.
