This NPK + TE Fertilizer Blending Line Consists of:

1. Automatic Batching System

Materials are proportioned according to the formula by a 4–10 bin batching machine, which completes batching automatically with high accuracy and high efficiency, ensuring consistent fertilizer quality. After batching, materials are conveyed to the mixer.

2. Blender / Mixer Machine

We adopt an automatic and continuous mixer in this fertilizer production line. The special design minimizes damage to raw fertilizer particles during mixing.

3. Automatic Packaging

After mixing, the blended fertilizer is weighed and packed into 5 kg, 10 kg, 20 kg, or 50 kg bags.
