Fertilizer Mixing Complete Production Line is mainly used in the batching, weighing, blending, conveying and packaging for different kinds of fertilizers and desgined on big capacity baiss.

This NPK + TE fertilizer blending line consists of:

1. Fertilizer Dosing System: to dose/batch different fertilizers according to some formula and then get the fertilizers weighed by quantitative packaging scales

2. Conveying System: get the batched and weighed fertilizer conveyed through belt conveyor to the fertilizer blending equipment

3. Blending System: blend or mix the fertilizer evenly and uniformly in the rotary drum blending equipment

4. Packaging System: after blending, the mixed fertilizer is conveyed out of the blending equipment to material silo,

and then packaged by the packaging scale.

5.Conveying and Sewing System: after package, the end product is sewed and conveyed for pile.

6.Control System

Capacity of the Plant : 30-50 tons per hour
