TRAINING ON PRODUCTION OF GRANULAR FERTILIZER

Our technicians in charge of worker training who are the technical backbones of the installation and debugging team. These backbones have been working in the front line for many years and have rich experience on fertilizer machines. The advantage of these stuffs is that they can point out some important details and safety matters that can't be noticed to the workers in the training process.

Training is mainly carried out in these aspects:

1. Basic Operation Training

In the training process, the primary task for technicians is the basic operation, including the starting and disconnecting of equipment. After certain explanations, technicians will demonstrate the actual operation and ask workers to repeat the operation and give feedback in time when they encounter problems. The detailed training can only be carried out when the basic operation is mature.

2. Efficiency and safety training

After knowing how to operate it, and then workers need to increase fertilizer production efficiency. Except fertiliser production, we should pay attention to safety issues while increasing efficiency. We also should be familiar with the precautions of the equipment and strictly follow the procedure operation stipulated. Therefore, technicians should emphasize the precautions  in the training operation and take the staff safety as the first element.

Summary

After finished traning, we will make regular return visits to provide after-sale technical support to customers. For the new equipment at customers' factory, we can also provide one-year warranty.
