This Granular Fertilizer Blending Line Consists of:

1. Automatic Batching System

Various materials are proportioned according to the formula by a 4–10 bin batching machine (usually 6 bins). It completes material batching automatically with high accuracy and high efficiency, ensuring consistent fertilizer quality. After batching, materials are conveyed to the mixer.

2. Blender / Mixer Machine

We adopt an automatic and continuous mixer in this fertilizer production line. The special design minimizes damage to raw fertilizer particles during mixing.

3. Automatic Packaging

After mixing, the blended fertilizer is weighed and packed into 5 kg, 10 kg, 20 kg, 25 kg, or 50 kg bags.

4. Palletizer System

We also supply palletizer systems equipped with the fertilizer production line, helping improve efficiency by 3%. This robot palletizing system has been widely used in chemical fertilizers, feed, chemical industry, grains, building materials, and wine.
