Our After-Sales Policy Breakdown:

• First 12 Months (Warranty Period): All mechanical parts, motors, and electrical components are covered by a free manufacturer warranty. If any part fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it for free, including shipping.

• After 12 Months (Lifetime Support): Even after the warranty expires, our support continues. We are still responsible for your equipment.

  • Lifetime Technical Support: Our engineers are always available 24/7 via video calls or email to diagnose any problems and provide step-by-step repair guidance.

  • Guaranteed Spare Parts Supply: We guarantee that we will keep spare parts for your specific model in our warehouse for at least 10 to 15 years. You can order critical components (load cells, belts, motors, valves) at any time at our standard factory costs.

  • Upgrade Services: If you need to increase your capacity or upgrade your control system later, we can provide retrofit solutions to extend the life of your existing machines.
